At Sonrisas Therapies, were redefining what compassionate, in-home pediatric therapy looks like for families across Central Texas. Were looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) whos inspired by helping children reach new levels of independence through play, creativity, and everyday routines and who values flexibility, collaboration, and a supportive team culture.
What Youll Do :
- Assess and treat children to enhance sensory processing, fine motor skills, and daily living abilities
- Create fun, play-based therapy plans tailored to each childs unique needs
- Partner with families, caregivers, and our collaborative therapy team to ensure meaningful progress
- Empower families through education and practical home strategies to support ongoing growth
- Keep clear, timely notes in our simple and efficient EMR system
