On-site, full-time, swing shift and grave shift positions available.

The graveyard shift offers an additional pay differential!

Responsibilities

Answering and transferring multiple calls for two properties.

Running front desk and PBX reports.

Data entry and filing.

Communicate with other departments clearly and professionally.

Assist guest with current info / events at the Atlantis and Monarch Casino.

Take guest request and issues and distribute them to the correct departments.

Give guest wake-up calls.

Other duties as assigned by management.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk, and hear. The employee may occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.

Qualifications

Must be polite and professional over the phone at all times.

Must be reliable in regards to attendance and work performance and team work.

Strong attention to detail and able to retain information.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in HMS, Outlook and HotSOS / Amadeus and is a plus but not required.

Ability to maintain a high work performance.

Ability to give great guest service.

Ability to be proficient when answering / transferring guest and team member calls.

Ability to follow all company policies and procedures.

• Must adhere to all appearance standards, including but not limited to no "visible" tattoos / piercings or unnatural hair colors.
