Job Description:

Pay Range: $30hr - $3hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in QC analytical techniques such as FT-IR, UV, Karl Fischer (KF), HPLC, and GC.
• Ability to perform routine laboratory maintenance and calibration of complex instruments.
• Strong understanding of cGMP operations and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with internal teams and external personnel.

Experience:

• Experience performing UV-Vis spectrophotometry, HPLC, and gel assays for in-process and final product samples.
• Experience performing pH, KF, osmolarity, and rheology analyses.
• Experience with troubleshooting QC methods and recommending improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine to complex QC techniques for daily product release.
• Conduct maintenance on laboratory equipment including HPLC and GC systems.
• Investigate and troubleshoot QC methods.
• Prepare investigations related to OOS/OOT results.
• Review QC data for compliance with procedures and specifications.
• Prepare statistical analyses of results.
• Identify deviations from QC methods and recommend method improvements.
• Work effectively with others to achieve shared goals.
• Interact with external personnel on technical matters requiring coordination.
• Ensure compliance with cGMPs.
• Practice safe work habits and adhere to organizational safety procedures and guidelines.

Should Have:

• Familiarity with stability testing and assay transfer processes.
• Experience in a cGMP-regulated Quality Control environment.

Qualification and Education:
