A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst - Generative AI.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Generative AI workflows and integrations
Deliver a high-quality customer experience by empathizing with customer needs and ensuring their success
Apply a process-oriented approach to streamline technical support workflows and document common issues
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of Generative AI and its applications
Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and workflow automation tools
Proven experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on customer success
Skilled in using CRM tools to manage support cases and track customer interactions
Demonstrated ability to follow and improve support processes for efficiency
