Job Summary:
Our team supporting te Distributed Mission Operations Center (DMOC) at Kirtland AFB, NMis seeking a Modeling and Simulation Engineer / Communications DMOC mission is to operate a synthetic training environment for interactive simulation across a distributed network.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Designs and implements simulation solutions for company modeling applications.
Analyzes test results to configure model parameters and materials.
Identifies development problems and provides technical solutions backed by analysis.
Develops product documentation for designs and test procedures.
Generates and maintains diagrams for simulation hardware.
Develops engineering calculation programs to support simulations.
Performs work under minimal supervision.
Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
Leverages familiarity with military communications networks and working knowledge of Cyber Operations.
This is an intermediate management position with 4 direct reports.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years related experience.
Bachelors Degree from . accredited institution.
Must be familiar with military communications networks and have a working knowledge of Cyber Operations.
Extensive knowledge of military communication systems to include DataLinks, multi-spectral communications, Dissimilar Interactive Simulation to voice transmissions, and Operations Order development with emphasis on the communications annex.
Must be a . citizen with active SECRET clearance and ability to obtain TOP SECRET with SCI Eligibility.
