Collegiate Data Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and validate collegiate client data across Salesforce, Excel, and carrier/vendor systems, including data transfers, waiver verification, and ensuring accuracy against school insurance plan requirements

• Interpret and review data to confirm eligibility, compliance, and alignment with student health insurance guidelines while producing accurate client, carrier, and internal reports

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers, carrier partners, and outside vendors to resolve data discrepancies, support client needs, and improve workflow efficiency and automation

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, operations, client services, or a related analytical role

• Strong experience with Excel and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), including moving, validating, and interpreting data across multiple systems

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication ability, with experience working with clients, vendors, or cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Hourly range is starting at $25/hour, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.
