Business Development Manager

Develop strategic partnerships with OEMs, CPG companies, and private label brands.

Build a brand new sales territory across the DFW area.

Identify and develop new customer relationships in the plastic materials and co-packing segments.

Drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing new business opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams (operations, R&D, quality, logistics) to deliver custom packaging and material solutions.

Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and forecasts.

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in plastics, packaging, contract manufacturing, or a related industry.

Proven track record of building new business and exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of thermoplastics, resins, flexible / rigid packaging, or co-packing processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Based in the Dallas / Fort Worth area with the ability to travel regionally.

Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Engineering, or related field).

$140,000 - $160,000 base + annual bonus and commission.
