Regional Director of Family Engagement, Alpha
Annual compensation : $200,000 / year USD.
This position requires on-site presence at one of the campuses identified below, including local travel when necessary.
If leading families into a fundamentally reimagined approach to education resonates with you, this role positions you at the forefront of that transformation.
Alpha operates outside the traditional school model. Here, students complete their core academic work in two hours daily through AI-driven applications. The remainder of their time is dedicated to real‑world competencies—public speaking, critical reasoning, collaborative problem‑solving, and meaningful projects. No conventional lectures. No unnecessary assignments. Only accelerated mastery and performance in the top 1% nationally.
This approach requires a reimagined partnership with parents—and that is your domain.
You will represent your campus, spearheading efforts to expand enrollment, establish trust, and cultivate advocacy. You'll facilitate impactful information sessions, develop meaningful community relationships, and channel interest into growing waitlist demand. Your responsibilities extend beyond recruitment. You will serve as the primary resource for families throughout their Alpha experience—resolving questions, strengthening commitment, and transforming parents into vocal advocates for the model.
This is a high‑trust, high‑autonomy position with tangible accountability. You'll be stationed at one campus, on-site the majority of the time, producing measurable impact—not merely executing a playbook. If you are convinced that most schools are underserving students—and that a superior alternative exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.
