We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead complex projects in these sectors.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-performance science and technology facilities.
• Oversee all phases of design and documentation, including programming, planning, and construction administration.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage project financials, contracts, and consultant agreements.
• Guide and mentor project teams, fostering professional growth.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years in architectural project management, with a focus on laboratory, R&D, clean rooms, manufacturing, energy/oil & gas, or data centers.
• Registered Architect (RA) preferred.
• Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
• Skills: Strong leadership, client management, and technical expertise in high-performance facility design.
