With deep experience in public-private partnerships, it collaborates closely with local governments and agencies to deliver sustainable housing solutions in urban and suburban communities.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage monthly general ledger close processes, including preparation and posting of journal entries for 15-18 properties
  • Perform general ledger account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Complete monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
  • Reconcile and process real estate tax bills in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support internal and external financial reporting requirements
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and analyses based on evolving business needs
  • Provide general support to the Accounting team as needed

    The Successful Applicant

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3-5 years of general ledger experience
  • Strong understanding of GAAP principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Yardi Voyager, and QuickBooks
  • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Experience in property management and / or residential construction is a plus
