Key Responsibilities
Manage and scale a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new customers and building pipeline
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and align with cross-functional teams
Recruit, onboard, and foster professional growth for team members while improving sales processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in selling a technical product, preferably in Cybersecurity or DevSecOps
1+ years of experience managing high-performing software sales teams
Startup experience is strongly preferred
Deep knowledge of the MEDDPICC framework
Experience in recruiting and developing sales teams
