A company is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to enhance marketing and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive testing roadmap for all major funnels and conversion points
Build and analyze hypotheses based on data and user behavior to prioritize and implement tests
Optimize performance across landing pages, sales pages, and customer journey touchpoints
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in CRO, digital optimization, or performance marketing
Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Looker Studio, and Hotjar / Clarity
Experience planning and executing A / B or multivariate tests
Understanding of full-funnel marketing metrics and their implications
Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement
