    • About the Role

    The Company is in search of a Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs to join its dynamic and visionary leadership team. This pivotal role is focused on shaping the future of the institution during a period of significant growth and innovation. The successful candidate will be a bold academic leader, championing student achievement, faculty excellence, and institutional innovation. Responsibilities include spearheading academic planning, curriculum innovation, faculty development, and student success initiatives. The Provost will also be instrumental in crafting a new strategic plan, expanding research capabilities, and strengthening partnerships with industry and the community. The ideal candidate will embody the spirit of innovation, where technology, science, business, and the arts intersect, and where collaboration leads to transformative discoveries. A Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field is required, along with a proven track record of academic leadership, strategic planning, and a deep commitment to the values of a 21st-century public research university. The role demands a visionary with a global perspective, capable of driving the institution's mission forward and redefining the essence of academic excellence in a rapidly evolving educational landscape.
