Inside Sales Representative
3E is seeking a highly organized and service-driven Crib Manager to oversee our on-site electrical inventory crib located on a jobsite. This role plays a key part in ensuring contractor and team have the materials they need to operate efficiently. Reports to : Inside Sales Manager
Minimum Qualifications :
- Experience in electrical distribution or as an electrician (required)
- Experience with inventory management or crib operations (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
- College degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)

Two years' industry specific experience, preferredWorking Conditions :
This job operates in a professional office environment and various warehouse locations and conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

Manage 3E's inventory crib at jobsiteSupport electricians and contractor teams by sourcing and providing electrical partsMaintain and replenish stock levels to meet daily operational needsExpedite critical items to avoid maintenance or production delaysDeliver parts to departments as needed (using 3E truck)Provide competitive quotes and assist with vendor negotiationsServe as a trusted resource for electrical product knowledgeCollaborate with vendor reps to position 3E as contractors preferred distributorResolve customer issues professionally and efficientlyUse digital tools including email, laptops, and inventory systems to manage operationsCED is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability | Veteran
