[job_card.job_description]Manage a detailed project schedule for 10 workstreams in coordination with State resources. Set up and maintain predecessor / successor tasks and project milestones. Ensure the project schedule meets all Federal compliance standards and submit weekly updates. Perform resource leveling and calculate project performance metrics (CPI SPI BEI). Oversee project contract deliverables track artifacts and submit them to the State repository. Support overall project management including risk and issue management to ensure on-time delivery. Lead and / or attend approximately 25 recurring meetings per week plus ad-hoc sessions as required. 5 years of experience using Microsoft Project (managing multiple project schedules). 5 years of IT Project Management experience. 3 years of hands-on experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) . 2 years working on enterprise data warehouse (EDW) solutions . 2 years experience collaborating with State Government agencies . Certifications Required : PMI Project Scheduler Certification Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions. Knowledge of Healthcare Information Exchange (HIE) EDI or general Healthcare IT projects. Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint Access). Proficiency with Microsoft Visio .

- Work Hours : 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch) aligned with Central or Pacific Time
- Candidate Residency : Must reside in Charleston WV at the time of submission
- Interview Type : Virtual only (no face-to-face required)
- Work Authorization : Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Project Overview :
This position supports the HI HAP / EDW DDI Project which is at a critical delivery phase. The Senior Project Manager II (Master Scheduler) will manage the integrated project schedule across multiple workstreams and ensure compliance with Federal standards and client requirements.
