Blender Operator

Mix It Right : Where Precision Meets Production

Staffmark is seeking a Blender Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Stanton, CA. This full-time role is perfect for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and looking to grow their skills in a hands-on environment.

Pay : $20.00 / hour

1st Shift : 9 : 30 AM - 6 PM, Tuesday-Saturday(Saturday's hours 5 a.m.-1 : 30 p.m)

Responsibilities :

• Set up, operate, and clean blending equipment
• Accurately blend, label, and stage ingredients based on recipes
• Perform quality checks and maintain production documentation
• Follow GMP, safety, and sanitation standards
• Complete changeovers, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Lift up to 50 lbs and use pallet jacks for heavier loads
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Cross-train and participate in safety or skill-based training
