Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, partners with Aquent to find exceptional talent. They are dedicated to delivering vital services that impact countless lives daily, operating a critical 24 / 7, 365-day environment. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their corporate mailroom operations. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of sensitive healthcare information, directly contributing to the seamless flow of essential communications that support patient care and business operations. Your efficiency and precision will directly enable critical information to reach its destination, making a tangible difference in a fast-paced and impactful setting.

To be considered for the role, you must :

• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
• Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this role
• Be able to work 1 of 2 shifts : Monday – Friday 6 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM or Monday – Friday 1 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM

This dynamic position places you at the heart of our client’s mailroom, where you will be responsible for the digital printing, folding, and inserting of high-volume communications. You’ll work with state-of-the-art production equipment, ensuring that every piece of mail meets strict deadlines and quality standards. This role requires a blend of technical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $16.33 to $18.14 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
