Technical Program Manager

Voxel is building the future of workplace safety and efficiency through applied AI, helping organizations save lives and billions in operating costs. As we quickly scale, we need a Staff+ TPM to raise our operating pace, sharpen our focus, and help us adapt to evolving priorities.

This is a Chief of Staff role to the CTO, responsible for the entire Engineering Operating System. You will directly shape how engineering scales and delivers.

What you'll do

• Design and run a world-class, high-velocity delivery system across Engineering, working seamlessly with Product and Customer Success.
• Keep priorities clear and current. Fix cross-team issues fast with low drama.
• Identify and eliminate organizational friction, process breakdowns, and technical debt that impede delivery velocity across the organization.
• Act as the source of clarity for all priorities. Fix cross-team issues fast with low drama. Help shape roadmaps based on customer needs, impact, and constraints.
• Use data, dashboards, and automation to surface risks, measure delivery, and eliminate systemic pain.
• Help shape roadmaps and timing based on customer needs, impact, and constraints.
• Act as a force multiplier for engineering leadership, maintaining org-wide focus and hard prioritization.
