Key Responsibilities
Manage employee relations and labor management issues, including grievances and mediation
Lead recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance and best practices
Collaborate on professional development programs and support employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Public Administration, or related field
5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in grievance procedures and investigations
2 years of leadership experience supervising professional staff
Experience in a unionized environment and knowledge of collective bargaining agreements
Familiarity with federal and state employment laws and HR compliance practices
