Position Details

Pay Rate : $20 / hour

Location : Arden Hills, MN 55112

Schedule : Full-time, onsite

Parking : Free, multiple lots and entrances

Responsibilities

Sort, stage, and deliver mail / packages across campus using carts and maps

Check in packages via scanning device / app; track deliveries and respond to customer emails

Handle outgoing mail (USPS, FedEx) and prepare shipments

Operate high-volume copiers, bindery, and finishing equipment; troubleshoot minor issues

Maintain records, logs, and inventories; distribute office supplies and mail

Perform occasional reception, meeting room setups, and light maintenance tasks

Lift / move up to 50 lbs (with assistance for heavier items); frequent standing / walking

Requirements

High school diploma or GED; 12 years related experience preferred

Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite)

Knowledge of shipping / receiving procedures; copier / equipment familiarity a plus

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently, stay on task, and adapt to schedule changes
