How Youll Create Possibilities

As a Bodewell Appliance Care Technician your responsibilities will include :

• Diagnosing and completing in-home repairs on GE Appliances major appliances
• Using sound judgment to recommend repair vs replacement based on cost-effectiveness and customer needs prioritizing repairs whenever practical.
• Promoting and selling service contracts water filters and related products / appliances as appropriate always focusing on value-driven solutions and the best customer experience
• Operating an assigned Bodewell service van to customer locations
• Accurately documenting repairs routes and work activities
• Participating in training sessions meetings and events to maintain industry expertise
• Managing inventory and maintenance of your service vehicle
• Delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong customer satisfaction
• Following all safety protocols to protect yourself and others
