Enswell is an all-day restaurant with a full kitchen, cafe, comprehensive cocktail menu, and bottleshop. Owned and operated by Rival Bros Coffee Roasters, Enswell opened in 2023 in the space of a previous Rival Bros cafe on Spruce Street. The restaurant brings together many different passions and services under one roof; Enswell aims to be a place where one might have a phenomenal cup of coffee right next to another enjoying a craft cocktail or upscale meal.

We are looking for team members who are interested in supporting our front of house by bringing their serving experience to daily operations. Enswell servers take ownership over the dining room and the experience of guests. There is a mandate of teamwork through the supporting the general front of house needs during all services which is outlined below. We are small space so we must work together to deliver a superior experience.

Essential Server Job Duties :

• Offer guests comprehensive and hospitable service through the guidance of guests through the menu, taking of orders, setting of tables
• Table side wine service
• Cash handling
• Set up & breakdown of restaurant
• Complete all side work duties
• Have a clear understanding of all restaurant items and a willingness to help customers understand Enswell
• Answer any guest questions about all menu and retail items for restaurant, bar, and cafe
• Keep the dining room and patio clean and organized : this includes but is not limited to proper table sets, aligned tables, swept floors, dusted lamps, and more.
• Keep server station clean & organized
• Work cohesively with all of the front of house staff by : cleaning tables and assisting with private events
• Communicate with staff and managers to keep the work environment functioning smoothly
• Setup and breakdown of inside and outside service stations for service : this includes, but is not limited to, table linens, service cart, table & chair set up, and heat lamps.
• Complete all side work before clocking out and leaving for the day.
