Shared Services Manager / Senior Manager
G.A. Rogers & Associates has partnered with an industry leading environmental organization who is looking to add a leader to their Shared Services team. This role is located onsite in Las Colinas, Texas (near DFW airport). Compensation : $115,000-$140,000- depending on experience. Some travel required.
The Shared Services Manager / Senior Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing centralized business operations across multiple functions and locations. This role focuses on driving operational efficiency, standardization, and service excellence while partnering closely with Finance, HR, IT, and business leaders. The ideal candidate is a hands-on people leader with experience managing teams, improving processes, and supporting a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Shared Services Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of the shared services function, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent service delivery across supported business units
- Establish and enforce standardized processes, controls, and service-level expectations
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and develop a team of shared services professionalsFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementSupport workforce planning, performance management, and talent development initiativesProcess Improvement & Transformation
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve scalabilityPartner with cross-functional stakeholders on system enhancements, automation, and transformation initiativesSupport integration activities related to acquisitions or business growth, as applicableStakeholder Partnership
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders across Finance, HR, Operations, and ITCommunicate effectively with leadership on performance, risks, and improvement opportunitiesEnsure high levels of internal customer satisfaction and service qualityTravel & Field Engagement
Travel to regional or operational locations as needed to support process alignment, training, and stakeholder relationshipsQualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field is preferred5+ years of experience in shared services, operations, finance operations, or a related environmentPrior experience managing teams and leading cross-functional initiativesSkills & Competencies
Strong understanding of shared services models, centralized operations, and process optimizationProven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with ERP, HRIS, or enterprise systems strongly preferredAdvanced Excel and reporting skills a plusCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 Per Year
