Shift Lead / Gerente de Turno (New Store Opening)

$14-16 / hr competitive pay, opportunities for growth, flexible schedules, holidays off, paid time off, employee meals

Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal Chicken is looking for enthusiastic individuals for the role of Shift Leader. The shift leader is responsible for assisting the General Manager and Assistant Manager run a successful shift.

Duties :

  • Assigning positions (utilizing the position chart)
  • Hourly walks throughout the restaurant that includes touching tables and interacting with customers.
  • Completing daily paperwork.
  • Ensure that all material needed is available and in stock at all times.
  • Making sure that the best experience possible is provided to our customers.
  • Communicating to the General Manager of any problems or needs for the store.
  • Opening, closing and side duties.
