Product Sourcing Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Product Sourcing Specialist to manage and expand our two-step dropshipping operations on Walmart.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing items with next-day delivery and favorable return policies, utilizing their expertise to streamline operations and contribute to our business growth.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct product sourcing for two-step dropshipping, ensuring high-quality products with efficient delivery times.
- Demonstrate proficiency in finding items with excellent return policies.
- Develop and present strategies for identifying new suppliers during the interview process.
- Lead and manage a team of employees, with the ability to hire and train new members to expand product listings.
- Utilize tech-savvy methods and software to enhance product sourcing efficiency.
- Implement Buybox strategies and leverage relevant software tools to optimize listings and sales performance.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Walmart's marketplace and other related platforms.
