Key Responsibilities
Partner with Spanish pros and customers to provide tailored solutions
Handle 30-40 consultations daily via phone, SMS, or chat to resolve inquiries
Maintain high-performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
Bilingual and professional Spanish proficiency
2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Proven history of meeting attendance and performance expectations
Bonus : Fluency in Portuguese in addition to Spanish
