Description of the role :

The Maintenance Director at Trotwood Health & Rehab, LLC in Dayton, OH is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring that all physical structures and systems are safe, functional, and in compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities :
