Position Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing a variety of in-home care services, including personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and respite care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Personal Care: Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Homemaking: Provide light housekeeping duties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, laundry, changing bed linens, and meal preparation.
Companionship: Provide companionship and social interaction, such as engaging in conversation, playing games, and assisting with hobbies.
Respite Care: Provide a combination of personal care, homemaking, and companionship services to give primary caregivers a much-needed break.
Observe and report: Monitor clients' condition and report any changes to the care team.
Maintain a clean and safe environment: Ensure the client's home is safe and free from hazards.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of documented experience as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant.
Certification: Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
Background Check: Successful completion of a Level II background check in compliance with Federal and State regulations.
TB Test: Negative Tuberculosis (TB) test results.
Health Screening: Free from communicable diseases as verified by a medical professional.
Transportation: Reliable transportation to reach client homes promptly and efficiently.
Bilingualism: Bilingual skills are a plus (please specify languages).
Compassion and Empathy: A genuine passion for caring for others with compassion, empathy, and respect.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with mobility needs.
