Commercial Title Processor

Seeking a highly skilled Title Insurance Processor with proven experience in commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned processor who has mastered residential work and is now ready to bring their expertise to more complex commercial deals. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including attorneys, lenders, brokers, and investors.

• 4 years minimum experience
• Prepare files from start to finish
• Paralegal experience is a plus
• Document Preparation & Review :  Prepare closing disclosures, deeds, and legal documents; review lender instructions and title commitments.
• Closing Coordination :  Act as the primary contact for all parties (agents, lenders, attorneys) to ensure all conditions are met before closing.
• Title Clearance :  Analyze title searches to identify and resolve issues, such as outstanding liens, taxes, or encumbrances.
• Financial Accuracy :  Verify final figures, including mortgage amounts, escrow deposits, and closing costs.
• Notarization & Recording :  Notarize, record, and disburse closing documents and funds.

The position requires related experience working in external relationship management

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Self-driven individual, ability to work with minimal direction
