The company is seeking an IT Account Manager / Client Success Manager with a minimum of five years’ experience in technology services or consulting. The position involves managing client relationships, supporting technical excellence, and contributing to a collaborative work culture.
Job Description
The Account Manager role serves as the primary relationship manager for iCorps’ clients, focusing on facilitating initiatives, supporting solution adoption, and assisting clients in aligning IT with their business objectives.
This role involves collaborating with client stakeholders and internal consulting and technical teams to connect business needs with technical execution. The Account Manager will guide discussions, identify opportunities, and address barriers to support successful project outcomes and ongoing client engagement.
