Position : Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Hourly Pay : $20–$26 / hr for direct billable hours (based on experience)
• Training, onboarding, and drive time : Paid at $12.50 / hr
• Sign on Bonus- $500 after 90 days in the field
• Training completion Bonus- $1,000 when completed within assigned timeline
• Paid RBT certification training provided within your first month of employment
