[job_card.job_description]Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000 Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200 RN Referral Bonus : $5,000 for Advocate Aurora teammates Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries Hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program High volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow cases Provide comprehensive, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for safe and compassionate care Employ clinical judgment and communication to achieve optimal patient outcomes Contribute to enhancing patient experience throughout the care continuum Be part of a supportive team culture that emphasizes connection; we regularly organize team-building activities and engage in community outreach Work in an environment that fosters teamwork, continuous learning, and a patient-centered approach Assess patient needs, plan and implement individualized care, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions Recognize and respond to significant changes in the patient's condition Implement strategies to enhance patient safety and readiness to learn Coordinate discharge plans using an interdisciplinary approach Support quality improvement initiatives and engage in ongoing professional development Registered Nurse license in the state where you practice Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association Completion of an accredited nursing program Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience Holistic approach to patient care and effective communication Proficient in computer skills and electronic medical records Strong organization, prioritization, and critical thinking skills Frequent lifting, bending, and walking; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Exposure to chemicals, waste, and body fluids; protective equipment required Must have functional speech, vision, hearing, and manual dexterity
