Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Competency in keyboarding
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
Desired Qualifications:
- Spreadsheet and word processing programs
- Working knowledge of state and federal collection laws
- Working knowledge of insurance regulations and healthcare related insurance billing and/or collections
