The Position:

We are currently seeking a Full-Time, Full Service Residential Fireplace Service and Installer. We offer…

Responsibilities of the Fireplace Installer:

· Provide timely and quality installs & repairs of customers’ products

• Service and Repair of existing Fireplaces for Residential applications. (I.e. Wood Burning with Gas Log Sets, Fireplace Inserts, Direct Vent Fireplaces, Electric Fireplaces, Outdoor Applications)
• Also, Installations of Gas Fireplaces and/ or Natural Gas Conversions as well as Gas Lines supplying Fire-pits and/ or Fire-pit Service & Installation
• Implement programs to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience

Requirements of the Fireplace Installer:

• Sales & Service Experience
• Must have existing residential service experience
• Desire to learn and advance as a Fireplace Installer
• Excellent customer service skills
• A clean motor vehicle report and valid driver’s license
• Be at least 21 years of age for insurance purposes
• Education level – High School Diploma
• 2 years technician experience, gas fitter, plumber,
