A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Valuation Management Data Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage reporting developments for the Valuation Management System
Monitor incidents proactively and supervise workflow for timely deliveries
Assist in executing new reporting and resolving non-compliant issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in an Associate level role
Experience in PowerBI and / or Tableau is required
Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL are necessary
Intermediate understanding of Commercial Real Estate and Reporting
