We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment, while providing clients with exceptional services. This individual will receive training and mentorship, along with opportunities for advancement and growth.## Work you’ll be responsible for : ##
• Responsible for research and analysis of various federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, timing issues and accounting methods, digital assets, and other matters
• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring
• Draft emails and memos
• Draft Firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax
• Assist with Firm-wide trainings in federal income tax
• Assist with Federal domestic tax due diligence in connection with M&A transactions## Basic Qualifications : ##
• 3+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS preferred)
• J.D.## Preferred Qualifications : ##
• Tax LL.M.
• Experience working with partnerships, S corporations, and / or C corporations
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Strong proficiency with tax research databases (such as Bloomberg BNA and RIA Checkpoint)EisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer.
