Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to Business Unit Leaders, providing strategic HR insights and solutions
Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development programs
Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making and measure program effectiveness
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner or senior advisory role
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development
Experience in developing and administering HR policies tailored to business needs
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making using HR analytics
