Position Summary :
The Inpatient Phlebotomist will focus on providing outstanding patient care and effective communication while performing phlebotomy procedures. You will work collaboratively with laboratory and healthcare staff to ensure accurate testing processes that inform patient care.
Essential Functions :
Position Requirements :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Phlebotomy training or certification preferred.
Experience : Strong interpersonal skills; experience with Mobilab systems is a plus.
Skills : Proficient in computer operation and customer service. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential.
Physical Requirements : Ability to handle exposure to blood and bodily fluids; manual dexterity is required. Must be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and willing to perform various physical tasks throughout shifts.
