Job Summary :
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving and stocking inventory, assembling and pulling orders for pumps and parts, identifying parts, preparing and painting orders, and performing final packaging for shipment. This role involves operating material-handling equipment, creating pallets, and ensuring all warehouse activities follow company safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assemble parts orders accurately.
- Receive and stock inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Package and prepare pump and parts orders for shipment.
- Create wooden pallets and additional packaging materials as required.
- Drive fork-truck and other material-handling equipment (over 50% of the workday).
- Identify parts and ensure all items are prepared correctly for shipment.
- Prep and paint orders as needed before final packaging.
- Adhere to company safety practices and follow all warehouse operating procedures.
- Participate in shop floor safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Required Skills :
