A company is looking for a Contact Center Account Executive, MidMarket.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through new logo acquisition and cross-selling within existing accounts
Communicate the value of the Contact Center portfolio to senior-level stakeholders
Manage the full sales cycle and maintain pipeline health to meet or exceed quotas
Required Qualifications
Proven success in cloud Contact Center sales, preferably in the Mid-Market segment
Strong relationship-building skills with technical and business stakeholders
Experience selling to Line-of-Business and IT leaders, including C-level executives
Deep understanding of CCaaS, UCaaS, and cloud communications solutions
Highly organized and results-oriented mindset
