Key Responsibilities

Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Ensure timely payments and adherence to company policies

Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues

Maintain organized records and assist with the month-end close

Requirements

3+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in construction or a related industry

Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Sage, Viewpoint, or similar)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
