Key Responsibilities
Oversee a team of Service Delivery Coordinators and manage service workload
Track and report on incident queue health and service metrics
Conduct Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with account teams and customers
Required Qualifications
Proficient in ITSM / ITIL operations and methodologies
Technical experience in Audio-Visual and IT systems infrastructure
Experience in service development and management
Ability to communicate effectively with various customer levels, including C-level executives
Strong skills in creating collateral and service presentations
