Salary : 19.25-$40 / hr

RED FEATHER LOUNGE, BITTERCREEK ALEHOUSE, DIABLO AND SONS SALOON are hiring, and looking for incredible people who work diligently with their teammates to ensure our guests consistently have an amazing experience. While we will train for our open positions, these positions carries a high standard of service, and experience is a must. We want people who naturally :

FOH Service Team Member : Our frontline in service, your job consists of creating an exceptional and memorable guest experience that is consistent and on par with our high standards. Beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge is a must and a passion for great beverage is key to success. Along with strong service mechanics we expect our service team to have awesome communication skills, a natural work ethic, incredible integrity, and a genuine kindness towards people and our guests. Experience is preferred due to our volume. However, we will train individuals who demonstrate strong hospitality and have impeccable customer service backgrounds. Knowledge of the products we offer is key, and we offer training to those willing to master an understanding of beer, wine, cocktails, and our food menu and food sources.

Our Service team is paid a base wage of $3.35 an hour + tips, but we guarantee no less than $19.25 per hour, and our servers are currently AVERAGING $25-35 per hour.
