As part of our Internal Float Pool, you'll rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. As a Float Pool RN, you will coordinate comprehensive patient care, ensuring safety and therapeutic care through the nursing process. You will utilize evidence-based practices and collaborate with healthcare teams to provide the best patient experiences.

Licenses & Certifications :

Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association (AHA).

Degrees :

Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Required Functional Experience :

Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Progress in patient care, effective decision-making, proficient computer skills, excellent communication abilities, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to work independently while collaborating with a team.
