Position Description
ADP is searching for a Director of Marketing Measurement and Insights to support business unit marketing analytics. This player-coach position will be responsible for the leadership of analytics managers, developing & executing against analytics product roadmaps, and enhancing marketings ability to measure through the creation of trusted standardized tracking, datasources, reports, and analytics. Successful candidates will have a good understanding of B2B marketing analytics. This includes experience with email analytics, in-product marketing analytics, campaign analytics, event analytics, ABM analytics, and multi touch attribution (MTA) modeling. He/she must be able to coach, motivate, and train team members in order to drive a high-performance analytics team.
Responsibilities
- Establish a best-in-class analytics practice that enables marketing to understand performance, optimize tactics, and plan future investments
- Become a trusted analytics business partner to marketing stakeholders
- Lead and mentor a team of high-performance analytics managers
- Drive multi-touch attribution (MTA) adoption and ensure marketing leaders are gaining valuable insights through the development or enhancement of model logic, end user reporting, and training.
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to develop analytics product roadmaps that prioritize the most critical insights
- Execute against analytics product roadmaps while supporting adhoc analytics requests as they arise
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of intuitive dashboards
- Partner with marketing technology team in order to create new or enhance datasets and tracking
- Develop and enhance standardized analytical processes
- Become an analytics player when needed by performing analysis & providing actionable recommendations to various stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and operations
