Key Responsibilities
Provide support via phone, e-mail, and chat for various PC hardware and software applications
Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products
Handle 50-60 support issues per day efficiently and utilize Active Directory for user management
Required Qualifications
Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field
1 year of experience in a call center or service desk environment
Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, and Office 365 support
Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
