[job_card.job_description]Open new title files and gather necessary documentation from buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders Order title searches, payoffs, HOA estoppels, surveys, and other required items Review title commitments and assist with clearing title issues and curative items Prepare settlement statements, including CDs, HUDs, and ALTA forms Communicate with lenders to obtain closing instructions and prepare loan packages Coordinate with agents, clients, and internal team members to schedule closings Ensure accuracy of all documents prior to closing Update internal systems and maintain organized digital and physical files Assist with post-closing tasks when needed, including sending recordings, shipping packages, and tracking funding Provide excellent customer service to all parties involved in the transaction 1+ years of experience as a Title Processor, Escrow Assistant, or similar role Knowledge of title commitments, title insurance, and settlement statements Familiarity with CDs, HUDs, ALTA statements, and lender documentation Experience with title production software (Qualia, SoftPro, ResWare, RamQuest, etc.) Strong communication and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy Professional and customer-focused approach By clicking 'Submit' you are agreeing to JobTracks' By clicking 'Submit' you are agreeing to JobTracks'
