Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC, sheet metal, and piping projects

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare competitive bids

• Develop and manage project budgets

• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, vendors, and clients

• Conduct site visits (1–2 days as needed) to evaluate project requirements

• Support project execution from pre-construction through completion

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, sheet metal, piping, estimating, and/or project management

• Strong understanding of mechanical construction processes and cost structures

• Experience with software such as ViewPoint, Spectrum, and FieldWire preferred

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
