A company is looking for a Regulatory Counsel to join their Ethics and Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on US export control and sanctions compliance, as well as EU / UK regulations for AI cloud infrastructure services

Provide legal guidance on restricted party screening and regulatory risks associated with business partner onboarding

Monitor regulatory developments affecting technology exports and advise on compliance processes and policies

Required Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

3-6 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance

Demonstrated ability to apply complex regulations to business operations

Experience in a highly regulated, high-growth, or global technology environment is a plus

Familiarity with encryption classifications is an advantage
