Role : Java Backend Lead Developer

Location : Southlake, TX (Onsite)

Mandatory Skill : Spring Batch, Java, Microservices, Spring boot and Kafka.

Candidate should be a hands-on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ Years of IT Experience.
Should be doing hands-on Coding in the current projects.
Should have experience of 7 years and hands-on exp in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka. Should have hands-on experience in their current projects
Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies.
Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool.
MOST IMPORTANT : Team Lead experience - experience In managing onshore / offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).
Must be legally authorized to work in US without need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
